Parking

4 hour visitor parking (qr code registration) is available on 121 street.
Free street parking available on 105 Ave and surrounding areas.
Parking in front of the salon (on 122 street) is city inforced and payment is required via the city app.
Please reach out to your stylist if you have any issues or concerns.

Service Policies

Prices are starting prices. Subject to change due to hair density, length, amount of colour used, etc. For a more clear quote, you can book a consultation or call us directly. Colours booked without a haircut may be subject to a finishing fee of $15.

Due to the nature of our business, please do not bring children under the age of 13 to your appointment. We cannot provide supervision. Our salon is small, and guests come here for a peaceful experience. If you must bring your child to your appointment, please confirm the circumstances with your stylist so you both can make alternative plans (ex: outside of regular working hours).

Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you contact us by phone at 780-434-0990 to cancel your appointment.
Not confirming your appointment does not translate into a cancelled appointment. If you cancel within 30 minutes of your appointment time (or no show) you may be subject to a deposit upon making a new appointment.
